Do you really offer same-day service?
For most repairs across Greater Vancouver, yes — broken springs and stuck doors are our priority calls and we carry the common parts on the van. Call or text early and we'll give you a real arrival window, not a vague all-day promise.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Garage-door work is an unregulated trade in BC (there is no provincial trade licence), so we're precise about what "licensed" means: we hold a municipal business licence, carry commercial liability insurance, and are WorkSafeBC-covered. We'll never imply a trade certificate that doesn't exist.
